WONDERFUL!. Lots of free food, breakfast in the morning, quiet, friendly people own the place. close to French Quarter, safe place to park your car, we walked to the quarter. Very quaint cute place.

great for us and our pit bull. After making reservation at French Quarter Courtyard, we arrived and found out this was the wrong type neighborhood. We finally found Quarter Esplande. Our 90#pit bull limits our accommodations. However, we were surprised to find out they accepted pets. We stayed in the secluded cottage in the back. This room was perfect for us,and our pet, nice and quiet. Was furnished w/2 double beds, futon sofa sleeper, kitchenette stocked w/all types of free food and drinks, jacuzzi tub, not to mention the plush towels, bedding, and homemade muffins each morning. The price was great($79)per night, four blocks to Boubon street and 1 block to French Market. The staff was so friendly, they made you feel like you were at home. If NOLA is on your agenda this is the place, far away from traffic, bad neighborhoods, yet close enough to the action. You can't go wrong.
