Poor Quality. I had a terrible experience dealing with the owner, she was rude to say the least. The shoes I purchased broke within two weeks. I'm generally not hard on shoes, I called the clerk, she asked me to return the shoes to the store. I did as I was asked, and the owner refused to take responsibility or stand by her wares and was abusive.…
unbelieveably disrespectful!. I have been a loyal customer for years and now I refuse to shop this boutique after recently witnessing what seemed to be the manager or owner yelling at the shop girl. The tone and manner she took was completely out of line and beyond disrespectful. I wasn't the only customer that left! I am truly sorry Trashy Diva, but I am taking my business else where.…
