This is a hidden gem in the French Quarter. I always drool at the hats in the window of Fleur de Paris but would never spend $700 for a hat. One day a noticed and beautiful top hat with lace and feathers int he window of Serendipitous. After much turmoil I finally decided on a baby blue one with cream feathers and lace that I plan on wearing Easter Sunday, FOR $100. I am so excited. I already have my eye on a second one that is black but has the lace flowing down the back.
