this place is a life saver. the person below probably gave the wrong instructions or something...the guy is unbelievable at what he does...the best skilled shoe man in the city.

Ruined my shoes. I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. I brought my shoes in for a basic polish and they completely ruined them. Instead of polishing my patent shoes, they tried to dye them and took all of the shine off of the heels. Please do NOT waste your time, money, or shoes with this place. They have no idea what they're doing.

Highly recommend. I brought two pairs of boots here and they did a beautiful job repairing them, charged me a price I thought was incredibly reasonable, and completed the job on time. Both pairs of shoes where completely destroyed when I brought them in. I'd had one pair for 18 years, and had worn the other pair through a blizzard and the leather was being eaten by the salt used to melt snow on the streets. One week later both pairs of shoes look brand new. I can't believe it! Highly recommend this place.
