Greedy. Just paid 11.00 for a 8.80 book of stamps..what a ripoff..the convenience is not worth a 25% markup on the post office price...do yourself a favor a drive to the post office..I would not mind paying a convenience fee but this is way out of line!…
Genuine service. Great convenience, easy parking, knowledgable consultants. Relatively expensive, especially if you need fragile packaging, but it's worth it considering the poor service and treatment one gets at New Orleans' Post Offices.…
Ripoff Artists. They charged me $20 to ship a 6 ounce Apple Ipod. There's a FedEx on Tchoupitoulas about 6 blocks away that charged me $9 for the same service. It's worth the extra driving. Yeah, the staff is friendly, they smile in your face as they rip you off.…
Mixed Feelings -- support staff is fine, location good.

Although the general staff is nice and at times really helpful, that one notorious manager was rude to me over the phone after Katrina and that caused me to cancel the mail box I had there. I'd been giving them my money, and that makes me the patron. When I turned in the key, I explained what happened & I did get an apology from the staff. In fact, some of the employees are exceptionally service-oriented.
On the plus side, they do make an effort to keep their prices reasonable and the neighborhood really needs this kind of place to exist.…
