Worst "spa" in New Orleans. I had a Travel Zoo voucher for the massage and foot soak. I called to make a Saturday appointment, and they booked me for a 2:30 appt. the third Sat. following my phone call. When I arrived for my appt. they told me they had me down for the day before, and could not take me because they had another appt. coming in at 3:00. They refused to offer anything at all for my inconvenience. In our conversation, the owners (2 women) expressed that they were not happy with the deal they made with Travel Zoo for the vouchers and that they only made $20 from each appt. booked using the vouchers. I have been there before for microdermabrasions. The place is like an old, dingy, low-ceiling closet, and services are performed out in the open, five feet from where the front door opens off the street. Very uncomfortable environment, not spa-like at all, and exceptionally poor customer service.
