Best Florist In Town. Fantastic! The ladies at Mitch's Flowers sure know their business. They were so helpful in getting the flowers for dinner party. Their suggestions were perfect for my table and room. If you aren't using Mitch's you aren't using the best shop in town.

CREATIVE, PROFESSIONAL, MAGNIFICENT!. Stopped in Mitch's to buy an Oysteria plate for a wedding

gift. The entire crew was hustling on designs for a Mardi

Gras ball - was magnificent. Gorgeous flowers, colors,

design. So creative and professional. Got a beautiful

Oyster plate as well as a bird's eye view of the best of

the best in flowers.

Great Experience, Professional and Helpful. I am a typically guy, I have walked into Mitch's several times with no idea of what I want..

I tell them who I am sending the flowers to and for what reason and they begin launching several options. They have yet to fail me. I have trusted the girls working there and the end result has always been 100% satisfaction.

Furthermore, they have met deadlines and made deliveries when I walk in and need the flowers delivered on short notice, says a lot to me about their commitment to their customers.

I am not sure who hacked them with bad reviews but I cannot see how these people could come close to being rude, unless perhaps they are dealing with one of those customers no one can satisfy. Anyway, give them a shot, don't think you will be disappointed.

If you guys read this at Mitch's, thanks and I appreciate you going the extra mile.

Worst. Flower-buying Experience. Ever.. So, for my fiancee's birthday, I wanted to buy her flowers. The normal place I used was closed, however, for family reasons. This left me in a bind, so I called various places on her actual birthday...

I saw that Mitch's was right by where I wanted to have the flowers delivered, and ordered the flowers from them after they swore up and down that they could be delivered that day. Boy, was that a mistake.

1. The flowers showed up the day AFTER they were supposed to -- and therefore she had no flowers for her birthday. My fiancee told me that they called her cell phone some time the evening of her birthday and told her that they tried to deliver them, but she was home studying all day and never heard a knock or the bell! Also, rather than just leave the flowers at the door, they took them away again... despite the fact that my fiancee lives right by Langenstein's-- not a bad area.

2. When I called to inquire how this happened, the owner of Mitch's (a rude, unpleasant woman with no sense of human relations) was very defensive, AND THEN SHE CALLED MY FIANCEE AND TOLD HER I HADN'T PLACED THE ORDER UNTIL THE DAY OF HER BIRTHDAY, with no other information to convey to my fiancee-- clearly just to try to paint me as a chump, I figure.

3. They have hidden "delivery fees" that they will not mention to you when you place the order. A $75 flower order turned into almost $100 on the actual credit card statement.

It will be a cold, cold day in Hell before I ever order from this place again.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM MITCH'S.

AWESOME!!. The girls at Mitch's Flowers are so funny. I went in and sat down to order flowers and we became fast friends. The are witty and smart and make incredible flower arrangements and are were willing to work within my budget. My flowers were delivered within the time frame requested and everyone just raved over them. Thank you!

HORRIBLE AND RUDE!!!. The employees there are incompetent and rude. Their arrangements are full of filler to make you pay more and get less. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid - unless you'd like to order flowers and NOT have them be delivered. If negative ratings were an option, this place would deserve one. I ordered flowers from Mitches for my grandmother's funeral service through my local florist, since i was unable to attend the service.

though i placed the order with ample notice, the flowers never arrived. to top that off, Mitches' manager was sarcastic and acerbic when i called to find out why the almost $200 floral order i place never arrived.

so why didn't they arrive? they don't know. they confirmed that they received the order. but i guess they didn't feel like sending it out. thanks.
