In Short – During the academic year, the bar is largely the domain of frat boys and students. The scene is pretty basic: a bar, booths, a jukebox and a relatively wide expanse in which to rub shoulders with other patrons. Early in the day, it's a relaxing spot to hang out, eat pub grub and watch traffic whiz by on historic St. Charles Avenue. By 10pm, the place decidedly morphs into a crowded party zone.
