Personal & friendly service, great selection!. I have used Basics Underneath on several occasions... and every experience I have had with them has been wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful (without being overbearing), and they have a really nice selection of classy lingerie! You won't find anything tasteless or trashy here-- just nice lingerie, undergarments, and pajamas by Oscar de la Renta and the like!

The return policy is for store credit-- which is good to know ahead of time, but if you live locally, finding something else you LOVE won't be hard at all in the store! :)
