cvs. prescripts are always wrong, call are mis-informed, lack of caring by staff when there is a mistake, missing filled scripts

Dangerous Incident. Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription EVEN THOUGH he had received (and confirmed) my Dr.'s instructions to fill. As a result of not having my medicine, I experienced potentially life-threatening symptoms (muscle spasms, increased heart-rate, etc.).
