Great Location. Around the corner from Bourbon St, you couldnt ask for a better location. The 2 bedroom suite (Room 201) faces Dauphine St and was noisy because of a motorcycle convention. Bike traffic during the night was very loud and we changed to 2 separate rooms in the court yard. Room 208 was very nice as well as spacious. Room 108 was much smaller and could have been cleaner, with other various problems found. The owner informed us that steps were being taken to eliminate the problems. For the price & location, as well as the helpful staff, its worth a try.

The French Quarter version of an all-suite hotel.. The Scene
This inn is composed of three 19th-century town houses, a former slave quarters and a large courtyard. The latter has a small pool and Jacuzzi. This is a good option for visitors who are staying for a week or more and want at-home amenities without the motel atmosphere.

The Details
You won't find cookie-cutter accommodations here. The 17 rooms range in size from efficiencies to duplex suites. They are stylishly decorated with antiques and reproduction furniture. Sheer white drapes and dark woods add a dignified note to the blend of traditional and contemporary style. All rooms come with relatively large, fully equipped kitchens. The hotel is one block from Bourbon Street and three from Canal Street.
