Don't waste your money!. I went there last night, July 13, 2011. It's not the Stingray's that use to be. They have renovated the inside and the food is not what it use to be. The catfish that I ordered was batter fried. This is the SOUTH! Catfish is supposed to be fried in cornmeal or fishfry. The stuffed shirmp had not been peeled. The stuffed mushrooms were fried instead of baked. These must be new owners or cooks and they must be from the north.

Good food & lots of it. Good food & lots of it at reasonable prices but don't expect to find anything healthy or light on the menu. Service was adequate and friendly. The place is very noisy.

best seafood in town!!. been there several times and i cant believe the portion size this place has for the prices!! unbelievable how this place makes money. however, i must have the best luck because i frequent this restaurant at least once a week for the past 2 years and have not had a bad experience with the staff yet. be prepared to wait but trust me once you get your table it is well worth it!

A lot of food for great price. When we first moved to the city this was the only seafood place that we got a whopping amount of food for very inexpensive. Not a pretentious place, but not the greatest service. However, the food is great and we visit it once a week. It was one of the first places to open after Hurricane Katrina.

great food, but.... our waitress was high. on what i'm not sure, but she could barely walk or let alone hold her eyes open! the food was great and the prices even better, but i hate to think what's going on behind closed doors in that establishment...
