Poor Treatment Given. As told to me by my mother- I placed an order for 10 shirts to the owner, Tim. He took my order, and we even discussed the logo. When I called the day that I was supposed to pickup my order, no one answered. I called another number and again, no answer. I left a message. No one returned my call. I called later in the afternoon, and spoke with Tim. He put me through to Tammy. She told me that someone should have called to let me know that there is a minimum of 25 shirts, but no one had called. My order was not processed unbeknownst to me, and I was left (as was my team of kids scheduled to perform) without shirts for a youth event the following day. Tammy was rude to me, unwilling to help me, failed to even apologize, and finally advised me to take my business elsewhere from now on and proceeded to hang up on me. Her words- "What do you want me to say? We don't have them!" My organization has ordered thousands of shirts from Foley Marketing over the years. I was very disappointed.
