WE WAITED FOREVER FOR ONE SALESMAN TO HELP US BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY SALESMAN THERE THAT DAY! WHY CANT THEY HAVE A FEW SALES PEOPLE LIKE EVERY OTHER FURNITURE STORE IN AMERICA? THEN WE WAITED A HALF HOUR FOR A PRICE ON A FLORR MODEL HOME ENTERTAINMENT CENTER. IT WAS WORN AND THEY PROMISED TO SEND A TECH OUT AFTER THIS GUY IN THE OFFICE KNOCKED 10 BUCKS OFF THE PRICE! GEE THANKS. THE TECH STILL HASNT COME OUT BECAUSE THEY SAID FIRST HE QUIT, THEN SOMEBODY ELSE IN THE OFFICE SAID HE WAS SICK AND COULD COME TO US IN A WEEK. HE HASNT MADE IT YET AFTER TWO WEEKS. NEED I GO ON?

AGGRAVATED

WE PURCHASED A BEDROOM THAT SET US BACK 3 GRAND. THE DRESSER HAD A BROKEN TRACK AND NO HANDLES ON TWO DRAWERS, THE HEADBOARD WAS SPLIT AND THE NIGHT STAND WASNT LEVEL. ON TOP OF THAT WE ASKED FOR A TECH TO BE SENT OUT AND THEY TOLD US HE WAS OUT SICK TILL FURTHER NOTICE. WOULDNT EVEN REFUND OUR DELIVERY.
