got a good price

went to st. germains and was dissapointed with the whole experience. then circled around to bon marche in gretna and WOW it was all good! fast and easy. got a slightly dented refrigerator for $400.00. searched prices online and the box is $700.00 not dented. the delivery price was a bit high at $60.00 and another $10.00 to remove the old box. but it had to go up a flight of stairs so it was really worth it. the delivery guys also did a really good job exept when the old box got away from them and almost wrecked my niehbors van!!!!

great place!

we are more than satisfied with our furniture and appliance purchases.they are really head and shoulders above all of the competition. NOBODY can touch them in the gretna area. universal is closing, furniture mart doesnt have commissioned sales, and st. germain's is laughing stock. we send all of our family and friends to bon marche. its the ONLY choice.

• Cons: wish they had more locations!

We had a great shopping experience with Bon M. after getting the run around from those St. Germaines clowns around the corner on Belle Chase. They worked with us on price and even gave us a free delivery! St. Germaines tried to charge us a ridiculous delivery charge on top of marked up furniture that was damaged! we couldnt even get a break on floor models. night and day my friend!

• Pros: a great store from top to bottom.
• Cons: maybe they look so good only because st. germaines is SO BAD!
