This palce should not be allowed to continue in business. They take advantage of the unsupecting customer with the false pretence of their willingness to help. Once they have your confidence then they begin to stick it to you. To begin they do not offer you a copy of the original ticket that is written up. They then add itme that is not on the original ticket. They do not givbe you the service that was promise. Each time that you inquire of them the story that they told the last time changes. The one call tony is a stright up con artist and should be locked up. This place should be closed down.

This Auto Parts has it all. I was exhausted looking for a part I couldn't find anywhere else, 1 call to Fayard Auto Parts, B.A.M. ! They had it the next hour. I'm convinced that these people have more parts experience than any other parts house in the region. Please challenge them, if I may say so. If you can't find a part, Please try these ppl. " If they don't have it, You don't need it", is what they say there at Fayard's. They are truely experts. Highly Recommended ! Happy Joe
Pros: On the Expressway, They work with you !!! Like old times
Cons: None that I've found out .... I've dealt with them 4 different times....
