GLENN'S CAB HAS THE RUDEST DISPATCHERS AROUND.......... I CALLED A WEEK AGO FOR A CAB TO GO TO NEW ORLEANS WHEN SHE ANSWERED THE PHONE SHE HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE... I TOLD WHERE I WAS AND WHERE I WAS GOING APPARENTLY SHE DID NOT HEAR WHAT I SAID SHE SAID VERY RUDELY WHERE YOU AT??? I IGNORED IT AND SHE HUNG UP BEFORE I COULD ASK HOW LONG IT WOULD BE SO I CALLED BACK SHE ANSWERED THE PHONE AGAIN WITH A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE I ASKED HER MA'AM HOW LONG IS THE CAB GOING TO TAKE? SHE SAID 10 TO 20 MINUTES VERY RUDE... I TOLD HER JUST CANCEL THE CAB...I CALLED WESTBANK CAB AND THE LADY WHERE HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE AND MY CAB WAS HERE IN 20 MINUTES......WESTBANK CAB IS MY CAB OF CHOICE AND IF ANYONE ASKS ME WHO TO CALL FOR A CAB I TELL THEM TO CALL WESTBANK......FOR THE LADY AT GLENN'S CAB IF YOU DON'T LIKE YA JOB........ QUIT........ OR IF U BOTHERED ON ANNOYED ABOUT SOMETHING TAKE THE DAY OFF IF YOU KEEP ANSWERING THE PHONE LIKE THAT YOUR COMPANY WILL NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS

good service. I use this company a lot - their great if you are on algeers polnt. I have never used them anywhere else

Great averall. As a cab driver for Glenns cab for tow year I got to say that we appreciate good and bad feeds. However, everyone is entitled to their opinios and as I used to be a 6year customer of this soley company, I believe that cab services is a har job to do so. With all differents opinions and people we deal every day it is har to always pleased everyone. But, our services relay on time manner radio dispatcher that are sigles one offices were like every other jobs have their good and bad times. We wish for everyone to understeand we are tryin our bests to a responsible timely manner services at all times but, as life is it got its turn over. Thanks for all opinions.

Not to be relied upon. I will never use this company again. At 10 am, I called and ordered a cab to pick me up at my house at 5 pm. I needed to get to the repair shop where my car was in time for its 6 pm closing, and I knew that it being rush hour, I would need a lot of time to get there. At 5:10, I called the company and asked where my cab was, and the guy gave me a story about how the company's operations were being interrupted because one of the cabs was carjacked with a child inside who had money. Something straight out of television or the movies! But he said the cab would arrive. At 5:20, a cab finally showed up, and the driver said that he had not even been notified of me until "just about ten minutes ago."
