Brittney Ray's Florist. You won't find a better florist in town. Brittney is fabulous. She made the most beautiful arrangments for my daughter's wedding. We are from Texas and really counted on Brittney to get the flowers done and delivered to the wedding venue with very little input from us. She far exceeded our expections!!

What a Blessing!. Brittney was so understanding and compassionate when my niece and I arrived to order a casket arrangement for my brother Donald's funderal. The arrangemnet was especially designed for us and the price was right. It was beautiful. We were very satisfied. Thanks Brittney.

what a waste of money. Do not waste your time or money with this "business". You will be so disappointed. This place is not the least bit concerned with its customer. I've dealt with this florist several times over the past year or so (only because it was the only florist in St. Bernard) and every experience was terrible. My husband arranged for flowers to be delivered to me around 12:00 for a special occassion, and I did not get the flowers until 5:30!!! and without a card!! Hopefully the Ladybug's Garden that just opened is better than this place.

Amazing Quality!!. Brittney Ray's is family owned in every since of the word and yet they have perfected customer satisfaction at its very best! Brittney is an amazing wedding planner. Very Very helpful picking out flowers and envisioning what my wedding was to look like. It was amazing. The flowers were not only fresh but gorgeous and just the way i wanted them. It was more than I ever expected, for the price I paid. I would recommend this florist to everyone.

Extremely satisfied customer since 1989.. I have been a loyel customer of Brittney Ray's Florist since 1989. The staff has always been available when needed and have always been very accomodating in assisting me in selecting flowers, regardless if it were for a wedding, a funeral (sprays/plants/casket covers), home decor, prom flowers, hoilday centerpieces, and valentine bouquets. My family is rather large (some family members live out of town) and over the past 20 years, it has been our choice to patronize only Brittney's Ray's because of the service, value of their products and end product of each order. I even had the pleasure of having Brittney's Ray's decorate my office building for Christmas for several years and we have received numerous compliments from several other well known florists in the metropolitan area. The designers take pride in their work and go above and beyond in creating masterpieces. In regards to this, they just don't use ordinary flowers that you would see in local grocery stores or shops. Many of their flowers are shipped in from all over the world, thus making them unique in their business. Other reviews have complained about their pricing, but, I can tell you, you get what you pay for. They only produce THE BEST products and guarantee all of their work. Keep in mind that Brittney's Rays reopened within 3 months post Katrina, which says alot in regards to their loyalty to their customers. I highly recommend Brittney Ray's and will always support their business. Remember, They are one of a kind!!

WORST FLORIST EVER!!. I booked this florist for my wedding and every time I called Brittney's mother answered and said she would have to get back to me. Not once did I get a call back!!.. This place is EXTREMELY over priced, and they are the worst business people I have ever dealt with!!!!! If it wasn't for the deposit I put down, I would have switched to a different florist IMMEDIATELY.

Not at the top of my list!!. I stopped by this shop to order flowers for a funeral service for my aunt. There was a note on the door instructing customers to call a phone number for service. The woman who answered informed me that she was not there and that I would have to return later to place my order. I informed her that I was leaving to go out of town and wanted to handle my order before leaving. She retorted, "That isn't my problem. I'm not there right now, you'll have to come back." I asked if there was another florist in town that I could patronize and she firmly responded, "No." I have never been spoken to in such an insulting manner by a so-called professional. A quick trip to a friends house revealed that there was another florist in the local phone book and I was able to place an order over the phone with no complications. I would never recommend this business. Not only for the rudeness of the staff but also because she lied about there being another option when she could not help me. within my time frame. I wish I could give this a negative star rating, but the system requires at least a one star rating, so...

Terrible service - and even worse now!!! (8/17). NEW update (8/17):

This florist Brittany Ray had the nerve to send me a card along with a new order of flowers and card from my husband that arrived today - asking me to remove my origianl (negative) comment. Not only did that offensive and unprofessional card inspire me to add to my original negative comment, but I would not recommend using this florist - what rude, pushy and completely inapproprite behavior to add another card along with the original one from my husband, bragging about her business, yet offending me in the process. Very unprofessional. At least she got his name right on this card! Maybe had things been handled differently, but now, I would not recommend her to anyone! ................................................................................

I was delivered a bunch of roses for a very significant reason and the flowers arrived late, the card was sloppy and the WRONG name was attached as the sender. When I called Brittany to let her know, she was very rude and refused to correct the error in writing the wrong name on the card. I would NEVER recommend this shop!!! Find a better, nicer, more accurate place to buy your flowers!
