Local New Orleans hosting company that answers the phone - no voicemail hell - they provided answers and service. They also offer anti-spam email so I don't spend half the day clearing out junk. Before The Creative Internet hosted our email I had to trash 20-30 spam emails per day. Now all I get is my email. I'm not a internet pro but they treated me with respect. They manage my web hosting and my web site name and they even helped me configure my email. I was concerned that switching to a local web hosting company might create problems if their servers are ever down, but they have backup servers in other states.
Pros: service, ansi-spam email, speak with a human in the USA who speaks english as a first language
Cons: before anti-spam filter was there email was not easy to get through
