I made my appointment at noon,I got there 2 mins late, I walked in and the designer was on the phone, he made me stood there for at least 3 mins to wait for him to finish the call then he hung up, pointed the clock which is already 5 mins later, told me he made another appointment already because I'm 5 mins late and he isn't sure if I'm are coming or not, so he book another customer that needs color instead of haircut so he can make more money. The man did not even apologize, he act like I deserve it.
I just move in to the area so not sure how hair salon works here but don't they usually call to confirm the appointment or at least give you certain amount of time like 10 or 15 mins just in case the customer can't make it on time ? I've been to many hair salons in NY or CA and in other countries, never been treated this way.
I'm sure colors hair salon is friendly to their regular customers or customers ready to spend big money but they definitely not friendly to new customers that just want a hair cut.
