No accountability for ruining drapes. Dry Cleaning by Louis shrank my custom linen drapes to a 5" decrease in length and also bleached them. They are ruined. He not only would not refund my money or replace the drapes. He would not even sew a new pair of drapes - even if I purchased the expensive fabric myself. Took no responsibility for ruining my drapes - told me that these kind of thing just happen. Make sure that you clearly discuss possible risks of cleaning items before you allow them to service them and if you understand the risks to get a written agreement of accountability if they ruin your property.
