The customer service at Ponseti's is terrible.. The management is seemingly more concerned with profit than service. After we selected four different pairs of shoes for two different children, the staff were unknowledgable about sizing, fit, and selection. Then, the selected shoes were not in stock, and they tried pushing the wrong size to accommodate their sales. We rejected such and asked for the name of an alternative store, but they refused to offer any other store as " [they] can't stay in business referring customers elsewhere."
