awesome waxing!. Best waxing in town! The front desk staff is extremely friendly and flexible. I've had to cancel appointments repeatedly and they're always nice about it. Marlene is positively amazing. I've had brazilians and eyebrow waxes from her and they're always perfection. She also did an eyelash extension for me years ago. awesome!…
Old Metairie Gem. From the moment I called to book my appointment, to walking in the salon on the day of my appointment, the front desk was extremely professional and actually remembered me from my previous visit, which was my first time to the salon. This has now become my one stop beauty indulgence which is very convenient for my busy lifestyle. My service was unbelievable and I felt as though my business there was appreciated and this is why I am taking my time to write a review. Favorite Place to go in NOLA. I found this gem as a result of a terrible super short hair cut while at my parent's house when I was given a different stylist than my normal guy. The pixie mullet bob had to go!!! But I was not about to entrust my hair again to another person without a great recommendation. One of their hairdressers at Salon Senoj was able to salvage my haircut into something that has been able to grow out and look great while doing it! I have gone back to have my nails done, and my eyebrows waxed. I have also continued to see my same hairdresser now for about a year. I have always found the salon to be clean, calm, and friendly. The other patrons are even friendly! Its a great atmosphere and terrific professional service.…
Bad service and no refund!. Yes I visited this salon that i was suggested to go to from a good friend, and although they took my on time and has a clean salon, I had a bad experience. I wanted the stylist to re-do my layers and re-cut my bangs, and to just blowdry it straight down with no volume. She took about 15 minutes to wash my hair then about 10 to actually cut it. My hair is very long and i had a lot of layers to it and she cut my bangs from THE MIDDLE of my head!which any experienced stylist knows that bangs start from where a comb comes of your head. Not to mention that the layers where all uneven and aweful and then she proceeded to put volumizing mousse in my hair and gave it a TON of volume! exactly what I told her NOT to do. You, as a client have every right to demand your money back is you are truly unsatisfied, and I called the next day to complain. For 3 months I was told that the manager was not there when i called and that she would call me when she got in.I never got my phone call returned or money back and had to go somewhere else and pay again to get it fixed. SO all in all, I will never go back and do not recommend it to anyone.…
