Excellent Salon. I always get a great hair cut and color at Glenn Michael's Salon. In addition everyone there is very relaxed and knowledgeable. Before going to GM's I would cut my own hair out of frustration. I haven't had to since going to GM's. The prices are very reasonable. You will be very pleased with a GM's Salon. I recommend it highly.

Do You Know About His Refund Policy?. I bought a pre-paid service as a surprise gift for someone. Afterwards, I was told they would never go there - ever! I canceled the appointment days ahead of time and tried to get a refund. Nope, the owner called me and told me that he does not do refunds although he would give me store credit. I know to some people $100 isn't much - but for a college student, well it is. Needless to say I went to his salon to look at his "refund policy" only to find it soly on the counter. Well that's why I didn't see it the first time I came in - it was hidden by the papers the receptionist handed to me to fill out. I left crying so much that my boss told me to take the day off. So be sure you want the service / stuff before you pay anything.

BEWARE!. DO NOT let this salon do anything to your hair! They botch up color and Glenn Michael gives you a horrible haircut, yet charges you through the nose without any offer of fixing their mess up. The Master colorist, Kendall Webb, had to fix the color that the "Color director" there messed up on--I looked like Lily Munster. Don't waster your time or money. Your hair takes too long to grow out!

Best Hilite & Cut. I got a hilite and hair cut by a very nice Lady by the name of Kendall, She was the first to get it right the first time. I have never had hilites this beautiful. I will come back to her. If your in need of a new stylist check her out. The price was right too!
