Excellent customer service--Great quality!!!. I have lived in many cities and used drycleaners all of my professional career. This is by far the best quality cleaning service I have found. The staff is friendly and the quality is unmatched. My garments are done beautifully. I recommend Eric's any chance I get.

IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER with "SECRET" PRICING SCHEME. I cannot attest to the prices for dry cleaning or alterations are being consciously & dishonestly manipulated. I dropped off 4 pairs of pants that need the hems on the cuffs repaired. I asked how much per pair. The owner was summoned and answered to me $12 per. When I came to pick them up, the charge was $16. I refused to pay that; the owner was summoned and looked at the ticket saying, "I didn't know they had cuffs, too. That's why it's $16 per." He did not apologize for his mistake and insisted that I pay the price as marked. I refused to do so. I pointed out to him that no price list was posted and that his employees never knew any of the charges. He then said I should never return, then added he would hold the pants until I paid the full amount. A woman his age (wife?) wrested the pants from him and was reducing the price appropriately. The man then said he wouldn't accept my credit card because he assumed I would dispute the charge once outside the door. "Go down the street and get some cash!" he yelled at me, but I proceeded to pull the money right out of my wallet and paid for them.

RUINED MY CLEANING. This business ruined a shirt I brought in to be washed and pressed. I checked it for spots that my needed to be pre-treated before cleaning and there were none. When I picked it up there was a very large scorch on the shirt. The owner said they were not responsible and refused to reimburse me for the cost. He was very rude and unprofessional and even suggested since I was a new customer he would not cooperate. It is unfortunate for me that I could not make it to my regular cleaners that day and since I needed the shirt that week stopped at Eric's.

Fortunately I did notice the scorch when I got home and had time to buy a new one before the needed day. They burned the shirt, tried to hide the problem by not pointing it out when the cleaning was picked up, and have lousy customer service, it makes me wonder what his "specialty" is. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.
