Pig Sty. The place had food and trash all over the floor. Nothing was being done to keep it clean. The sodas were not all working. The green tea tasted like black mold. Besides the big table of some of the most obnoxious 8 to 12 yo girls, some acrobatic dance contest in town, there were kids running amok. Several of them should have just put their mouths right on the ice cream dispenser and pulled the lever. And there wasn't a parent paying any attention to them. Slopping ice cream all over, running through the tables, and generally being little pains in the butt.

And the food was very disappointing. I would have been a lot better off going down the street to McD's. Yeeecchhhh!

Was suburb!!! I am going to try to duplicate this dish back in Tucson...w/o the crawfish sauce..where do you get crawfish in AZ??!! will do a shrimp sauce instead! This local favorite since 1985 specializes in half-pound hamburgers and classic seafood recipes, all served in a casual atmosphere.. In Short
Although one of many traditional seafood joints in New Orleans, this restaurant stands out because of its affordable prices and extensive menu. They offer all the usual recipes spiced to perfection such as crawfish etoufee and softshell crab, but also whip up a few original dishes of their own. Their immensely popular "One-Handed Poboy" for instance is a spin on the classic jumbo sandwich, stuffing the usual fresh sauces and seafood into a no-mess French bread wrap. They offer all their meals in a casual family-friendly atmosphere, complete with a kids' menu that's perfect for any picky eater.

My favorite place for burgers, seafood, and low prices. Anytime I get a craving for Cajun, I come here - even if I'm not passing through Metairie. Their food is always fresh and tastes so good. The hardest decision to make is whether to get a cheeseburger or a shrimp one-handed poboy. Definitely try it out - you won't be disappointed!
