Tea Garden is the Best Chinese Restaurant in Metairie! Great for Pick-Up or Quick Lunch!. I stumbled into this place 6 years ago. I have visited since many times and have never experienced a bad meal. They are open late. The portions are huge. Most importantly the food is delicious. You can be in and out for lunch for $8. …
