Best park in the area!

Lafreniere is my favorite park in the New Orleans area. Plenty of shade and soccer fields!
- Pros: 2 mile joggng trail
- Cons: ½ of no shade on path

Know Before You Go:
While Lafreniere isn't a nature preserve, it does offer a small wildlife habitat with lots of ducks, geese, egrets and even nutria.
