I am a long time customer. Today I saw on their facebook in honor of the saints themed clothes 20-60 percent off. I CALLED THEM and asked if they had any smocked dresses left the elderly lady said YES! I TOLD HER I KNOW THE SHORTALL IS 19.99 IS THE DRESS THE SAME PRICE SHE SAID YES . I ASKED HER TO PLEASE SAVE IT I AM ON MY WAY SHE SAID OK WILL DO WHEN I GOT THERE SHE OH NO IT IS ONLY 20 PERCENT OFF SO NOW THE DRESS IS 42.00 DOLLARS OK THATS SNEAKY THEN BEFORE I LEFT SHE SAID IM SORRY I COULDN'T REALLY HEAR YOU BECAUSE YOUR PHONE WAS BREAKING UP I AM CONTACTING THE BBB THIS IS A CRAPPY WAY OF DOING BUISNESS. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER!

cute childrens store, great prices

They have the cutest clothes in this store. The lady that works there is so nice This is the only store I will ever go to. I definitely recommend this store..

Love this store. They have the cheapest prices of any store I have been to. They have great yearly sales where the store is 50 percent off. I went to one and bought a lot of clothes but it was a little crazy with the crowds.

GREAT STORE!!

I shop and buy children's clothes at many stores in the Metairie/New Orleans area. I am so glad that I found this store. It has the best prices of any other stores in this area. The owner and staff are so nice and helpful. I went to their 50% off sale and bought 8 smocked dresses for about $150. I will never go to any other children store again.

EXPENSIVE BAD SERVICE STORE

I bought a dress at this store and paid to have the dress monogramed. The employee wrote the size of the dress wrong on the receipt, I corrected her error and then she scratched out the wrong size and re-wrote the correct size. When I went to pick up the dress it was the wrong dress and wrong size with my child's name on it. They refused to refund or exchange the dress. I paid over 50.00 for the dress and monogram and my daughter never got to wear the dress. I was very disappointed in the service and I will never go back. The same dresses are sold at other stores in the Metairie/Kenner area for the same price with quality service, not sneaky creeps. I was never allowed to see my original receipt with the type and size dress on it, I am assuming because that would have proved this their error. Not only did I loose over 50.00 but the owner was extremely rude and sarcastic when I talked to her about the dress. I wouldnt recommend this store to anybody!
