Best place for old parts and pieces. Best and cheapest place for cables in general. Variety of old computer parts usually at a really good price. Turn around was 2 days when I was quoted 3-5 days. Smaller issues are fixed at the front counter without charge. Had to go through best buy for a screen replacement because I was under warranty, but I wouldve rathered paid then to go without my computer for a 2 months while they shipped it off. Best things: old cables and parts always in stock. Cons: sometimes there is a wait but its never usually that long.

Great People. I have gone to them probably 7 times throughout college, and they are always very friendly and nice and really try to help you. Only on a very busy day will there be a line and you will have to wait. Normally you can just go right up to the counter and they are ready for you. The people at the desk actually know about computers and you can tell that this is what they want their profession to be, (which is not how it used to be when I'd go to the big-box stores in Metairie and ask for help.)

Yesterday when I went in the store, an employee actually opened the door for me to enter their store. That is just how nice they are.

Much Better Now. Not many people can find the stuff they have here anywhere else in town. They just redid this place and the staff there is more helpful than in the past. I got my computer back the day after I dropped it off. Good place! Worth the trip.

Pretty fair prices with helpful staff. Had a bad motherboard in my computer and it was replaced and given back to me the following day.

Prices were fair too considering best buy wanted to ship my computer off to the manufacturer. I wouldn't have gotten it back for 3-5 weeks.

Oh yeah and best buy wanted $400 to do that.

My total bill was under $200 at pc tune ups.

Not sure about other reviews... These guys offered to stay open AFTER HOURS on Saturday to build me a new computer so I wouldn't be down until Monday.

Not sure about the other bad reviews..maybe you guys are talking about computer discounters, who were here before PC TuneUps.

The no returns policy does make sense too considering half of the people who try to fix their own computers never know what they actually need.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Won't accept returns on UN-OPENED ITEMS!. I tried to return an UNOPENED wireless card the day after I bought it. They WOULD NOT refund my money. It was an UN-OPENED piece of hardware that was being returned the DAY AFTER it was purchased! This is a horrible company to do business with! Yes they have some non-brand things with low prices, but use them at your own risk and don't expect to get your money back if it doesn't work out!

RIP OFF'S. THEY WILL SELL U USED PARTS THAT ARE NOT TESTED AND WHEN U TRY TO RETURN SAID PARTS WITHIN THE HOUR......NO REFUNDS.....NOTHING....

VERY OVERPRICED ALSO !!!!!!!!!!!!!

PC Tune UPs of Metairie. I have used them before, and they did a good job but in this day and age they need to have a faster turn around time. I found someone to fix my computer. Sorry guys but you need to move faster because others are taking your business.
