If only they could get staff that were a little more polite to the customers instead of staff who are plain rude. Says open late on the drive thru; asked hubby to go at midnight, because i know it says 2-3 am. What happens? He is told they are closed. I call to ask what time they close..Am told 12? and hung up on before I could say or ask anything else. While i enjoy Wendy's...and their menu..they are a bit high-priced for a freaking burger, especially when I can get a real beef burger from Swamp Room cheaper than I can at Wendy's...and the service is great..I guess since we want convenience of fast food, that must come with a side of rudeness
