I go to Sapporo's almost every single day the food there is so delicous, the service is wonderful and the entertainment there is absolutly great! Joe (the sushi chef&owner) prepares some quite intelligent masterpieces of work. Sometimes when i go there he entertains us with some magic or just his sense of humor. At Sapporo's u can find almost anything u want if they dont have a roll u want u can request for it and they'll do the best to make it for you. Wether if it is busy or not they servers always make time for the coustomer. If you go to this resturant you won't disappointed.

Don't miss this place!.
No matter where I travel, I simply must get my "fix" of Japanese food at least once, and I happened upon Sapporo in this suburb area of of New Orleans. It is simply divine! The chefs are amenable, and they create wonderful and inventive concoctions. Servings are huge, the sashimi is very fresh, and the atmosphere is calming and pleasant...unlike some of the newer Japanese establishments, which are so noisy and raucous that it is impossible to carry on a conversation.
I visit New Orleans frequently, and this is my absolute favorite spot for Japanese food!
