This review is for a phone order only. I'd read great reviews for Pearl's Place online (for placing an order over the phone-I can't speak for the in-store experience). The bridesmaid dresses we wanted to get were around $230 at all the bridal shops. I called Pearl's Place, and they quoted me $164 per dress! The only additional charge was $20 flat for shipping all 7 dresses to one location. They arrived sooner than expected (within 2 months) and in perfect condition! All the dresses were the right size. I would highly recommend comparing Pearl's Place's price with anywhere else you're shopping!!

I heard about Pearl's Place on http://Projectwedding.com...there were several positive reviews from other brides. The dress I wanted was about 40% cheaper here then at the bridal salon. I was a little hesitant since I ordered it over the phone and because it seemed too good to be true. The woman who answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. I received my dress yesterday, I ordered it about 2.5 months ago, and it is beautiful...not a replica either. I would highly recommend them to any bride. We also ordered our bridesmaid dresses here but havent received those yet.

I came to Pearl's Place because the designer I was looking at had dresses here. I really enjoyed my experience here. I was looking for dress up to $2500 and they had TONS to choose from. I found a dress I liked but I decided to wait because I felt that was the only way I would know if it was the right one for me. I looked at a few other bridal stores around the area and Pearl's Place definitely had the best selection and the widest range of selection. They carried very expensive dresses and many of the typical designers you think of, Jim Hjelm, Vera Wang, etc. They also carried very affordable ones. I ended up getting a dress for around $1000 and I thought it was the most beautiful dress I tried on. I don't think you need to spend all that money to find a gorgeous dress!!! I worked with Pat who was very attentive and very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone!!

I'm so Glad there's a store I could go in and show them a photo and they know the designer without hesitating, I will always remember my experience there. I was treated like a Queen and like I was the only Bride in the store. I can't wait until my Dress comes in so Mrs. Ruth can show me off again!!!!

Could not have had a more pleasant experience for my daughter. Lisa made Megan's experience a most memorable one. Highly recommend Pearl's Place. Ask for Lisa she was the best.

Pearl's Place is the savior of every bride. Their prices are incredible, and they have great [phone] service, too! My wedding dress was delivered in perfect condition, and I can't believe how much money I saved going through them for my pricey gown.

This is the deal. This place is chaotic. However, it's organized chaos. I never had to deal with anyone that was unpleasant. Plus, they have a ton of dresses to chose from and it's not at all the crap that you will find at David's Bridal. They have an excellent selection.

This is what sealed the deal for me. I did have an issue with my dress. I'm not going to go into the details but it wasn't the end of the world. When I spoke with the owner she was nothing but apologies and she fixed the situation immediately with grace and kindness. This is how I judge a business. Everyone makes a mistake now and again. It's how you handle yourself in a bad situation that makes me take notice. She went above and beyond for me without argument and that's what will bring me back to Pearl's Place.
