Love the color!!. I went to Paris Parker in lakeside mall about two weeks ago and was amazed! I have been going there for a year now for my color. My colorist was sick the day of my appointment and so they scheduled me with a new girl. I was kind of worried. They assured me everything would be fine because they had my formula from previous times. Well once i got to her chair she looked over my hair and gave me all these other options which were not brought to my attention before. I was always wanting to go lighter all over but never knew how other than just getting highlight after highlight. I'm not exactly sure what she did but it is awesome! I still have all my highlights but my color is just all over lighter!!! I love it and will now be going with her. Everyone in the salon seemed friendly.

Don Waste you time or money. Called to make appt...girl didnt know which end of the Mall they were on! GOT there sat down started talking to girl..she said excuse me...walked away...came back and said she was SICK....duh! Then she keep saying she was sick....I say Well will you get in the middle and not beable to finish....I dont know I'm sick....I think I have to leave..OK...she says.....so we leave - there were TWO of us with back to back appts.....i went back in and ask for the manager NONE....the girl at the desk says we can reschedule -- I DONT THINK SO.....pitiful greeting floor was full of hair....one girl was on her cell.....like a Jr High class room! Save your money....

Couldn't even make an appointment. I went into the salon to make an appointment for the next week. The receptionist asked if I wanted a full foil, partial foil, or all over. I told her I wasn't sure what I needed but did want to cover my roots and add highlights. I asked her what treatment would do that. She said it just depended on whether I wanted a full foil, partial foil, or all over color. I again told her I wasn't sure. She told me to call when I figured out what I wanted because she couldn't book a full foil if only a partial was needed or vice versa.

I am not the stylist. I do not know which procedure I needed. Either she should have been more knowledgable or should have set me up with a quick consultation. I will not be going back.

No one compares!. I love Michael Barnett at Paris Parker! He has been cutting hair for years, received training in London, and currently teaches at the Aveda Institute. My hair has always been wavy but when I went to Michael the first time he brought out the most beautiful curls I had ever seen in my hair! He is AMAZING with curly hair!!! He also has a lot of good stories that keep you entertained while he cuts! I recently moved to Nashville and I have had a hard time finding a new stylist because none of them come close to Michael!
