Good Doctors, But.
I'm happy with the doctors. We've had appointments with three of them in the office and I trust them. They're professional, knowledgable, personable...
What I do have a problem with is their lunch hours. My kids are on a medication that they take monthly and I have to pick up a new prescription each month to have it filled. Keep that in mind because what I'm about to complain about may not effect you.
They're lunch break is an hour and a half. Good for them but, the ENTIRE office goes to lunch at the same time. You can't call them. Their phone message says that somebody is in the office, but they're not. You walk in to an empty office. I've done that twice, thinking it was just a fluke the first time.
It doesn't seem like much of a hassle but it is for people who have to contact them on a regular basis. I've never seen a buisness that just abandons ship for nearly two hours every day.
