Everything about Lakeside Toyota was wonderful. Everyone gave me a 110 percent in my purchasing a new car. I am a repeat customer and will always buy a car from them.

This might be the worst place I have ever been to. Although the people were nice the quality of the work was terrible. I had just moved to town and was in an accident my insurance people recommended it. When I got my car back, it was not assembled properly and the parts installed didn't match those that were replaced. There seemed to be no quality control. I took the car back there to fix it one last time and they screwed up the order and then told me that it was going to cost more than originally anticipated. I have never seen a busy run in such an unprofessional way. I am not sure what New Orleans is like as far as this goes, but this place was very disappointing.

Good place to do business. See Renee for a no-hassle purchase or lease. New Rav4 looks and feels great. Best driving car I've had in a long time.
