Great Service Provider. Arranged our Airport pickup through them using phone app. and had no problems with fast service also. Cab was clean and the driver was extremely friendly. We will definetly use them again on our trips to New Orleans.

Worth it!. After being ripped off on our inital cab ride with another taxi we decided to call this company for our return trip and realized immediatley the difference in service we got from this cab. The driver also confirmed that we were ripped off because this drivers meter was about $40.00 less than what we paid to get to our location. He said it was suppose to be a meter run not a flat rate and thats where we were taken advantage of. Well we liked the honesty on this drivers part and the entire transportation experience with him. The cab was clean and he didnt drive like a crazed maniac. We understand these guys have to deal with alot of people and not one driver or a company can please everyone but we were very satisfied with this company.

Best Taxi In Jefferson. I have been a customer of Metry Cab for over 35 years. I am an african american male and have never had anything but good service to me over the last 35 years!!! This company has always been nice and have had above average clean cabs, I wont say I never got one that wasnt right off the showroom floor but they have always been nice!!!

Very Professional. This company was outstanding to the 14 Doctors and myself who were in town for the Convention. The experience was more than what we expected, compared to other taxi services in the area we have used. We all agreed that this would be the company we would use to service us next time we visit. This review is for all 14 of us and myself, thank you for great service!

LOOKING FOR MY CABBIE. Looking for my regular cabbie...had my wallet stolen and lost the cell number. I do boot shine in New Orleans on friday nights and use you almost every time. pls call 451-1096 if you are the cabbie I usually hire. Mardi Gras is upon us and I need my cabbie !!! Top Notch service. All I have to say is I had a really great time in town on vacation and I was provided top notch and first class service from this company, very professional! I would recommend them without a doubt!

Very Fine Service. Well I had to get some Christmas shopping done on black friday and I didn't wanna have to deal with all of the parking issues, so I decided to use a cab. The first cab I called was from New Orleans and and I was a little reluctant to get into the cab after seeing what it looked like and what the driver looked like. I understand these cars are used almost 24hrs a day 7 days a week so they are not going to be Rolls Royces but this one was on life support. Well I got in and headed to the mall, upon arrival at the mall the driver tried to charge me an extra 3 percent for using a credit or debit card, I asked why and he said to cover the transaction charges for the card, last i checked isn't he suppose to pay for that? I declined and paid him cash, then he tried to upsell me and demanded a tip which I did not give. So I did my shopping and decided to hail a cab outside the mall by Target, after getting the cab to pull over and the driver trying to hurry me in the cab, a security or police officer approached him and asked him some questions then he left and the man explained to me that New Orleans cabs cannot pick up their since the mall isn't in New Orleans. So now what do I do I need a cab LOL, there was an old lady that saw me standing their and approached me and she said she had went through the same thing. She gave me the number to Metry Cab and politely said problem solved. So I called them and 10 min later a cab arrived which I had no hesitation to get into. No issues with the ride and we actually had a good conversation rather then someone on the cell phone or hardly speaking english. No upselling what so ever and didn't even ask for a tip but I appreciatively gave him one. I would recommend them and I will be using them in my future transportation needs with out hesitation. Only advice to others is to CALL AHEAD, after speaking with the driver he said this time of year is very busy and they are short on cabs at time, so it is best to call as far in advance as you can. Excellent Service. have been spending alot of time in town working with the Oil Spill Issues and I must say that Metry Cab has provided me with the best service for my transportation. I will say that their service ranks up there with every other city I have been to and the only thing that I think ALL of the New Orleans area cabs lack not just Metry Cab is the technology of GPS etc. Their service is outstanding and I think one thing that makes a big decision maker for me is the amount of years this service has been in business, that really shows alot. Metry Cab 5 stars.
