Very Expensive and Short Warranty. We've used them on a few occasions in a pinch because they will send someone out quickly. Each time we were shocked by the price. The last time was to snake a clogged drain. The total time to snake the drain was 15 minutes, and we received a bill for $215, we paid it no problem, but them less than 2 months later the same thing happened again. We called another plumber because we didn't want to use expensive Traina, The plumber told us that if it's under 90 days, Traina will most likely warrant the work. WRONG! We called them and they only warrant their work for 30 days. At the prices they charge, they should have a longer warranty. Needless to say, we won't be using them again.

Great service. Prompt response and very reliable. I have been their costumer for years to service my office and my house. I have no complaints. I am so satisfied with their service that I don't even question their prices.

They saved the day after Katrina when they came to my office on a weekend to install a shower so we could live there for more than two months until our house was habitable
