Tasty Cakes!!!. I have ordered two cakes from Fancy Cakes and both were delicious! I can't rememer how I found them, but anytime I need a cake, I usually get it from them (unless it's short notice.) I got a graduation cake and a bridal shower cake and also referred a friend for their graduation as well and they were all a hit! They were more than I originally imagined them to be and I have been quite pleased.

Moist and delicious even several days after! As for professionalism, this shop is more of a "word-of-mouth" type of place. It isn't a big business but they do work to make sure your cake is how you want it. I do appreciate the fact that they take the time to meet with you on any type of cake, big or small. The actual shop is small and could use a bit of updating and organization but I have had good experience with the owner and her cakes. Like I said, it's a small cake shop so I don't expect too much, but I can agree with the other reviewer and say that this is best for a local/native.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!. I would not trust this business. Drove from Mississippi to order a wedding cake, made all arrangements sitting in front of this woman. Both times I called later, with in the two weeks she told me to, I was told to come in, when I explained we were from out of state and was in, on what date, stating she had written it in a notebook with the picture we brought, she either did not take the time to look or just could not find our information. Her bakery is very disorganized, not sure how clean, sat us in old furniture with a fan. I would say if you are not local where you can go in and make sure of your order DO NOT USE! When I told her I felt uncomfortable that she could not find our information she told me maybe I should find another baker...Went to Haydels, would not recommend this place.
