Horrible Service. Dirty Atmosphere. We had to leave after we weren't served for over an hour and a half. We did eat some breadsticks, that were fairly stale. We saw a rat lurking near the dirty dish area. The bartender was drunk and the server was new and had no idea. Surprised to see no management handling any situations at hand. We were sent to the drunk bartender. What a joke. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid this rat hole.

New Ownership. FQP now has new ownership and new management; most aspects of the restauarant have been updated, changed and improved. Previous, regular and new customers have been pleasantly surprised.

Overpriced, non crispy pizza!. I went here in March 08. The prices of 8' pizzas are outrageous. The spinach dip tasted as if it was frozen, not prepared in house. The crust was not at all crispy and was very disappointing. if you want pizza in the quarter, you are better off getting a slice or two on and near bourbon street. Louisiana Pizza Kitchen is also tasty.

Best sauce anywhere and a great family French Quarter restaurant!. For casual dining or delivery in the French Quarter, you can't beat Rotolo's. The pizza is amazing and all made from scratch-- homemade hand-tossed dough, homemade sauce, etc. It may take a little bit longer, but it's well worth it! They have a couple of new sandwiches on the menu including a turkey sandwich that is out of this world. My wife is a big fan of the new roasted veggies wrap. It's a comfortable, friendly place that you can bring the whole family. On Wednesdays, they have $4.99 calzones which are big enough for lunch and dinner.

Go here if you want to be abused!. This place is horrible. I have walked out of it three times, that's a lifetime max. No air conditioning in the height of summer! No wait staff! Absolute disregard of the customer! Absolute exaltation of low cost, max profit at the expense of the unfortunate patron! We gave this place many chances, and once in a great while they served a decent meal with decent service, but way too many times going here was like a holiday for the masochistic, DON'T PATRONIZE THIS HOLE. IT DESERVES TO DIE. NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE AT THIS VERY NICE LOCATION!

Absolutely Terrible. Went here before a show at HOB. Waited about 10 min until server came. Waiter took drink orders - 15 min later brought wrong drink orders. Ordered another drink which was never brought. In fact I ordered another beer thinking to get ahead of the terrible wati staff - the waiter took my half drinken beer out of my hand for a refill! Couldn't even believe that.

Waiter brought salads which were WARM - totally gross. The meatball sandwhich my friend got was not good, the calzone I ate was edible at best. Stay away - FAR away.

Great Meatball Sandwich!. I eat here for lunch all the time. I've only tried the meatball sandwich, but they are SO good. The service is great and the prices too! Love the way they sprinkle parmesan cheese all over the top of the sandwich and on the potato chips that come with it. They always have nice jazz music playing. Haven't been at night, but they also have live entertainment. The place is pretty roomy too.
