The only company that would help us(Forever Grateful)

My husband and I work for a local bank and before we found ourselves at bayou mortgage, neither the bank I work for nor any other "big time" lenders would even look at us. We had limited money and credit issues, which our loan officer helped correct. Our loan officer was Mr. Askin and he was very patient with us from begining to end. He gave us a loan with a good rate and we spent very little out of pocket. The most important thing to me and my husband was that he was there with us even at the closing table. I would use him again. We appreciate everyone that helped us at bayou mortgage.

If customer service is important do not call Bayou Mortgage

I had problems getting Mr. Askin to call me back. It became so bad that I finally found myself another lender.

I have since purchased my new home, no thanks to Mr. Askin and Bayou Mortgage.
