I had Stauart Services install a fan in my daughter's room. The installer was very professional and respectful. When he left, there were no signs of him ever being there.

Stuart Services AC Repair. Recently had Stuart Services come out and do an AC repair The repair went very wrong and my child's bedroom flooded . A/C supervisor Chris came out , saw the damages and then refused to pay for repairs. Be very careful with this company as the put on a great show of customer service , but DO NOT stand behind their mistakes. I am now forced to pay for repairs of my ceiling, floor , replace a mattress, bed linens and floor rug! They did offer to refund the money I spent , but this does nothing to get my daughter back in her bedroom! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

As the President of Stuart Services, I?d like to respond to Mr. Markey?s post. It should be noted that the air conditioning equipment that caused the damage to this home was very badly rusted and it was leaking water throughout his home before Stuart Services performed any work. We offered our sincere condolences to Mr. Markey and provided him with a proposal to replace the deteriorated equipment. Unfortunately, Mr. Markey declined to accept the replacement proposals and asked that we only replace the broken drain line. As we had warned Mr. Markey, the extremely rusted coil in the attic leaked on the OUTSIDE of the new drain line, rather than flow through the inside of the drain. We did offer Mr. Markey a full refund on the repairs plus additional money to go towards making the equipment replacement. Again he declined.
