The wife and I just moved to the Marigny here in New Orleans. I decided to surprise her with a CLEAN house. Crescent City Cleaning came over today and did a GREAT JOB! - She was so pleased, before I knew it, I found myself taking the credit! Hey it was brownie points peeps...I couldn't resist. I paid for it, so I was responsible for the results. So now when it come to my turn to clean the house, I'm going to make sure it falls on the wife's work day so I can get these wonderful ladies over to make "me" look good.

I've been with Crescent City Cleaning for YEARS! - These ladies have always worked hard and have always found me the perfect housekeeper every time they have had a change in staff. My last housekeeper was with me for 3 yrs. and now she's expecting and will be leaving the company. Today, my new housekeeper was just as AWESOME as my regular lady leaving. It's great to know they are always there for me. I'm too busy with being wife, mom and attorney to be bothered with what it takes to find a qualified housekeeper. GREAT JOB!!

I'm a very busy nurse here at a major hospital in New Orleans. I'm single and put in LONG hrs, so I don't have time to clean.

**I leave the key and check and come home to a CLEAN house.**

Being a nurse, I expect "clean." So I decided to give them a test just to see how thorough they are. Last week, I put a penny under the scale. My housekeeper left me note: "There was a penny under the bathroom scale. I washed it and put it in your change jar. Thanks, Elaine."

Crescent City Cleaning does laundry! - I broke my leg a few weeks back and these WONDERFUL LADIES do LAUNDRY!! Do you know how hard it is to find someone who does laundry? I really needed this because my washer/dryer is UPSTAIRS. I simply can't get to it with my injured leg. My house is so clean and they are so pleasant to work with. They even help with errands since I can't drive right now. Last week they were nice enough to go and pick up my prescription. This was going to be a temp. thing for me till I heal, but I love them so much, I'm keeping the service. Yea for me!! :)

I've just finished my residency here in New Orleans and am moving back to New York. I had a "move-out" cleaning today and I am SUPER PLEASED!!! Due to my job, I had to reschedule THREE different times! The office was very understanding and patient with me. I am sure to receive all of my deposit from my landlord. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN! I'll miss New Orleans.

I've been using Crescent City Cleaning for several years now. I needed to call the office to reschedule my appointment and could not find their # in my phone, so I did a Google search and found their number under this site. These NEGATIVE reviews are BOGUS. My house is always CLEAN. And of the few occasions where I had a problem, they were back the next day to fix it, NO problem! Both the OFFICE and the HOUSEKEEPERS are nothing but a pleasure to work with. They are punctual and reliable and DO A GREAT JOB! I LOVE CRESCENT CITY CLEANING. Thanks ladies!

The Worst. Crescent City Cleaning has a D- from the Better Business Bureau and isn't accredited!

To see their AWFUL BBB SCORE yourself, simply google search Crescent City Cleaning BBB.

No wonder I received such terrible service!

I can't believe the awful costumer service I've received from this company! I was so upset after recently talking on the phone (with the owner? secretary? manager?) that I felt obligated to warn others.

If you own crescent city, hire a kinder, more articulate staff that knows how to effectively communicate!

If you're looking for a cleaning service, do not use crescent city cleaning svc!

There might be some really nice people who work for crescent city cleaning, but a costumer wouldn't know that from calling the office.

Terrible Service. Please DO NOT welcome Crescent City Cleaners into your home like I did....YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Crescent City = LATE

Crescent City = RUDE

Crescent City = DISHONEST

I've now hired MERRY MAIDS, and they are so much better. They show up on time, do consistently good work, and I don't have to worry about them cursing in front of my children or lying about the chemicals in their cleaning products.

DON"T HIRE CRESCENT CITY CLEANING!

LOVE MY SUPER CLEAN HOUSE!!. OK ladies, if you are like me and spend most of your time working and running with the kids, THIS IS THE CLEANING SERVICE FOR YOU!! AWESOME!!! They do dishes "and" laundry. When I get home, all of my beds are freshly made and the dirty dishes cleaned! My last cleaning company did not do dishes. Honestly, who has time to clean the house before the maid arrives? Crescent City Cleaning knows I'm a busy mom and they offer superb services no other cleaning company has. They even take the time to let my puppy out to potty. And if my housekeeper is ill, they send me a replacement. I've NEVER been let down. I'M SO HAPPY WITH MY NEW MAID SERVICE! The house is clean and I'm at peace.

Horrible - Don't Trust Crescent City Cleaning. In brief, the office manager of Crescent City Cleaning sent a cleaning woman to my house under false pretenses and when I refused services, began a phone, text and email campaign to harass me. The calls and texts are vile and threatening!

I've already placed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and I've been saving her emails, text and voice-mails as documentation.

WHAT A SCAM! Do NOT send any inquiries to Crescent City Cleaning or share any personal information like your phone number or address with Crescent City. They'll show up unannounced and expect you to pay for services you didn't request.
