Excellent pet sitting. We just used NOLA Petcare for the first time, and I was incredibly impressed with the care. They are extremely professional, responsive, reliable, and accommodating to your needs and concerns. I felt very comfortable leaving our two kittens in their care. I highly recommend their services.

Great Customer Service!. I have been a customer with New Orleans Pet Care for YEARS. Although they are very selective with pre-interview process I find them responsive and service exceptional. They (genreally, Nicole) answer the phone 24-7 or call you back as soon as possible. In the entire time I have been working with them I have NEVER been told they could not do something. From Vet vists to extended visits to last minute requests.

Again, they are very selective when it comes to clients but I think that is smart. I have and would recommend them to anyone looking for "high end" pet care for boarding (my pup sleeps in the bed with one of her team members - just like at my own home) or anything else!

You get what you pay for and you will get what you pay for - and more.

Worst Communication Ever. After finding their ad on Craigslist and their site online, this place seemed like a great solution for petcare. I was interested in finding the best situation for my dog, and so wrote them using their online form with a bunch of questions. Their response was, "Please call!", with no reference to any of my inquiries. I responded, explaining that I wouldn't be able to call until after hours; could they possibly call me? I got another "Please call!" e-mail. This happened repeatedly, until I finally was able to get in touch with them (after leaving a few voicemails, too), where they basically responded that they didn't even board dogs themselves, but housed them in other homes at a rate of double the competition. Not only that, but they seemed uninterested in boarding new clients, and basically cater to frequent travelers in town. So I can't say anything about their actual service, but their customer service is just terrible, which leaves me with little faith in how good their service is.

Best pet care in town!!. NOLA pet care has taken care of my 4-legged children on many occasions. They are fantastic. I know that I can leave town and my babies will receive the same quality of care that they get from me. I get day to day notes when I return, documenting my babies' activity throughout their time with the NOLA pet care staff...I would never leave town if it wasn't for NOLA pet care!!!
