Yeah its me the one you think wrote the others. I could care less about you or the rest of the company which is why I am giving an average rating. You have something to say, don't go posting things where legitimate reviews are to go. Leave that to whatever customers ya'll have nowadays.
Old company, unstable customer support. I am not sure what the first two reviews are about. Evidentially there has been more turnover since they where bought out by a national company. I have worked with this company on and off for over 15 years. They have had a few good people for many years but can never seem to keep a good sales force or one that can back up deadlines. I have personally worked with two and my facility has worked with one. Most of the personel I have delt with are very courteous and knowlegeable. The problem is actually getting them on site. Our customer service reps are difficult to get ahold of and cannot back up any of the promises given. We have recently replaced our fire alarm system and had to go with a company out of Baton Rouge that had a reputation for outstanding service, which is what a customer looks for. The reviewer below me should know that sometimes when a company has been around for too long the lose focus and need to be repointed in the right direction from time to time.

It seem that when someone messed up because they are too arrogant (especially when they have no reason to be) and is "let go" from their position with a company, they find it necessary to attempt to undermine that company and it's employees as payback.
It isn't very hard to see the motive behind the first review on this company. Every company has problems, but Pratt Landry Associates is one of the oldest and most respected companies of it's type. A single employee will never bring down, or propel a company into excellence. It takes a team of people to keep a company alive.
Some people need to learn how to spell, then they need to move on with their lives. When you mess up, accept the consequences and take the blame like a man.
Need to leanr the true meaning of customer service!. Pratt Landry Associates has lost the true meaning of customer service. Thier sales personnel seem to act as is they are doing you a favor for quoting them and tehn there is no communication with the customer after the sale. If using them for service, you ar elucky if you get a guy with the porper tools and do not be surprised if you have a few more service guys showing up, oh and they will bill you for thier incompetance too! My corporation has alotted the necessary funds to remove out systems PLA services and go with a competitor. It seems as if it is of no matter anyway since the owner is in his late 70's and does not seem to care anymore.
