DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! IT IS TRASHY, THE WINDOWS ON THE BACK ARE OLD AND CRACKED, THEY ALLOW TENANTS TO WALK THEIR DOGS UNLEASHED, TENANTS LET THE ANIMALS RELIEVE THEMSELVES IN FRONT OF YOUR DOOR( WITHOUT PENALTY). THE LEASE AGREEMENT IS A JOKE...A 12MONTH LEASE REALLY MEANS 14MONTHS...MUST GIVE A 60DAY NOTICE! THE BOTTOM FLOOR FLOODS! THE LADIES IN THE FRONT OFFICE ARE NICE WHEN YOU MOVE IN BUT DON'T LET THE SMILES FOOL YOU. THEY DO NOT HAVE BEST YOUR INTEREST IN MIND. BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE THEM...CUT THROAT! DO NOT RENT FROM THE HOUSE OF HORRORS!

The biggest scam complex!. These people that run the complex office (Alaina and Lacy) are the biggest bitches you'd ever meet. Their bigotry, retardedness and on top of that the arrogance they treated us with was a truly unpleasant experience. They LIED to us about the apartment and showed us one that was really nice but when moved in we found out that lots of things weren't operational like the dish washer, roof was leaking urine from the bathroom upstairs and the AC unit that only worked on the days you didn't need it (Lacy's explanation was that the temperature outside was too high for the AC to be able to cool the apartment off!). This complex is at a great disadvantage by its location right on Lapalco. You won't get any night sleep from the motorcycles that blast off this horrifying sound repeatedly in the middle of the night. If you move into a 1 and 1/2 bath apartment expect only one bathroom to work as in their terms they are not obligated to fix an extra bathroom that is not an emergency. So we basically paid an extra $50 a month for a bathroom that had been broken most of the time. If i could go back in time i would have rented at Baywood on Wall Blvd & Lapalco. I had a friend who lived there and had no complaints at all. Thankgod we're eventually out of this skanky place and have our own house where our landlord seems to be a decent one. DO NOT RENT AT THE VILLAS!
