I am originally from California but have lived in the French Quarter almost a decade now and recently I had a few friends and family members come in from California to spend a few weeks at my place in the quarter. As anyone who has spent time in the Cresent City knows the food here is beyond compare (except for a while there post Katrina) So I had already prepared to wine and dine them in typical nawlins' fashion. By chance I heard about Destinee Catering and got w/ Joaquin to iron out the details. Let me tell you I was very impressed with his professional yet sincere air' ( and his coke connections wern't that bad either ; ) ) The affair turned out to be one to remember and my guest were so impressed they insist on getting Destinee Catering to do it up again next year when they return. Four STARS
Pros: Very impressive on site catering for crowds small or large
Cons: He's not avalible to be my full time Chef

I love this gem! This is one place more people need to know about...The food, service, and staff are incredible... The Lobster & Truffle Gnocchi was soooo good! I highly reccomend this caterer...
