Always a great experience.
I love to shop but I don't like to "dig" through racks and racks of things just to find something I like. Jeantherapy does the editing for me, only carrying the best quality clothing from brands that I already love. There's a really great selection of Louisiana Heritage and Saints-based t-shirts too which make great gifts. Jeantherapy is my "go to" shop.

WACK!.
Someone told me this was the Premium denim spot in New Orleans. So I was expecting to find a huge assortment of denim. NOPE.
If I'm purchasing $200 denim, I expect some service, but all I got was bad service from loser wannabe suburban teens that are trying hard to be hip.
The only reason I'll go in there now is to try a pair of denim before I order it online. Do yourself a favor and shop at Saks because Jean Therapy will leave you wanting more.

Ugh this place is the WORST.
If you want the worst customer service from the rudest staff possible, then this is the place for you. The salespeople are so stuck up and superficial, they will completely ignore you unless you go in there acting like nouveau-riche trash. I usually shop at Saks but they were out of my size in my favorite J Brands, so I decided to give this place a try. Do yourself a favor and avoid Jean Therapy at all costs. To boot, the owner is not any better than the staff - he is a rude, arrogant prick who thinks he and his second-class establishment are god's gift to fashion. Sorry, dear, you're not Jeffrey, with your pre-pubescent, brain-dead, stuck-up-for-no-reason employees.

pre-eminent jean store.
The best store in New Orleans for the latest trends in jeans. Of course, most everything is way overpriced, but the selection is there and they usually have good stock of sizes--except in children's sizes. Great place to shop on Magazine for the teen crowd. Older fashionistas might choose Saks over this small boutique because the store is missing the luxe feeling you expect when you buy $200 pair of jeans.
