Surrey's is probably the healthiest and most unique breakfast joint in New Orleans, it even serves delicious fresh squeezed juices. They have choices like banana's foster french toast, lump crab meat omelette with goat cheese, and many other choices including things for vegetarians and even vegans like biscuits and mushroom gravy or marinated tofu and vegetables with brown rice. The only downside is the sometimes rediculous wait on the weekends and it is rather overpriced. It is a small place with small tables so it is not good for large groups, they have one table that seats 5 or 6 and the rest are for four people or less.
