#1 Dermatology Practice. Have taken my 4 kids here for many years. All staff is great! They are so great with all of them, and really care for me and my family. I have encourage all my girl friends and family to go-- Have loved the laser hair Removal and Botox! Dr. Poole and Dr. Haseltine are the Best!!

Best Experience!. I don't go to doctors much- went to Dr. Poole on advice of friends-- Staff and office were fabulous. Warm, caring and efficient. Dr Poole was one of best Dr's I have seen- took his time, caring, and addressed all my problems. Would highly recommend.

Could Not Be Happier. My son was born with a prominately located birth mark. Thanks to Jeff and his staff he is no longer burdened by it. You can't even tell he ever had it in the first place. I highly recommend Poole Dermatology.

Great Doctor!. I have been to Dr. Poole several times for different reasons. As an adult I have always been pleased with my results. I have had to take my young son into Dr. Poole on a few occasions and he has always made my son feel comfortable and realxed.

The front office staff has always been professional and friendly. My insurance usually covers any procedure that I ahve been to Dr. Poole for. If I went in for a cosmetic procedure I was billed fairly and have been thouroughly happy with my results.

You will not find a better, more professional, genuinely caring doctor in this city.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been bringing my children to Dr. Poole for a number of years and we love him. I also see Dr. Poole and know that we are in the best place. My daughter, who's scared of shots, started to get lightheaded after one and everyone came to her right away, making her feel comfortable and safe. The staff is always pleasant and Dr. Poole explains everything before he does anything. Both kids had warts and Dr. Poole got rid of them. I've also seen what he does with children with vascular anomolies and I'm amazed at the results. I always recommend the practice to anyone who needs a derm.

AWESOME PRACTICE!!. Found Dr, Poole in N.O. Magazine's Top Docs issue (August 2011) under Pediatric Dermatology. So glad I did- he is awesome! Board certified in BOTH dermatology & pediatrics- great website. Treated my daughter for Molloscum- staff was SO sweet to her- Dr. Poole put her completely at ease & best of all, Molloscum is totally gone! Ended up going back for Botox for me- fabulous results! Female doc on staff too- haven't been to her, but glad to know I have an option. Would highly recommend this practice!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great dermatologist -both doctors! I've had a number of different cosmetic procedures (vbeam, hair removal & botox) done and I have to say I am very happy with this office. I've had many pleasant visits with the doctors and I have to say the staff is always very helpful and always pleasant. Dr. Poole always pays attention to detail and knows what he's talking about. I highly recommend this clinic!

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for a visit, when I was also given the run around like bluesky504...."next" visit we'll fix it. They are extremely expensive, I paid 100s of dollars for them to tell me they'll fix it "next" visit. Then on top of that I got ANOTHER bill in the mail. For what?! They didn't do anything! Bluesky504 I feel your pain! I wish there was a negative star button. On top of EVERYTHING, when I called the woman hung up on me! How RUDE! BEWARE!!!!!

Not happy. Very expensive for botox...and not a good job. When I went back to show the problem area, he basically told me "we'll fix it on your next visit". No attempt to fix it NOW. There won't be a "next" visit. Not at all worth the ridiculous price!
